The Glass House unveils year-end dining, room package promos

New Year's Eve Buffet has been announced.

According to a company release, The Glass House, HotelFort Canning’s dining venue, announced the following dining 

Embark on a gastronomical extravaganza with an international selection of the chef’s creation at The Glass House for an enjoyable celebration with an array of traditional Christmas treatsand Asian delights.

The festive buffets feature a selection of fresh Seafood on Ice with Tiger Prawns, Slipper Lobster, Oysters, Blue Mussels, “live” stations offering Roasted Turkey with Pineapple Anise and Cranberrysauce, Honey Baked Ham with Fruity Pineapple sauce and Roasted Ribeye with Shallot sauce.

Other varied hot selectionincludes Braised Ox-Tail Stew, Deep Fried Soft-shell Crab and Deep Fried Breaded Prawns.

Delectable dessertsinclude Log Cake, Christmas Stollen, Christmas Pudding, Passion Fruit with Peach in glass, Tiramisu in Chocolate Tea Cup, Cookies, Blueberry Panna Cotta, Mini Cup Cakes and Fresh Fruit Platters.

Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner (24th December) is available from 7pm – 10pm and is priced at S$68++ per person. Christmas Day Buffet Brunch (25th December) is available from 12pm – 2:30pm and is priced at S$62++ per person.

Welcome the beginning of a new year at the Palm Terrace with a “live” band with free flow of beer and wine till midnight and canapés. Guests also stand a chance to win lucky draw prizes.

New Year’s Eve Buffet (31st December) is 7pm – 10pm and is priced at S$68++per person. New Year’s Eve Buffet with countdown party (on 31st December) is from 7pm till late and is priced at S$100++per person. For those who only want to join the party can come for the New Year’s Countdown Party (on 31st December) from 10pm onwards and priced at S$45++ per person.

The Glass House is also hosting a ‘recovery’ New Year’s Day Buffet Brunch (1st January 2013) from 12pm – 2:30pm at S$62++ per person and includes a selection of fresh Appetisers& Salads, carving stations offering Roasted US Prime Rib, Roasted Leg of Lamb. Other varied hot selection includesGrilled Squid with HomemadeSambalChilli, BBQ Red Leg Prawn, BBQ Teriyaki Chicken Skewer and BBQ Pork Chop.
