Bernold Olaf Schroeder joins Pan Pacific Hotels Group as CEO of Hotels

He has held senior executive positions in the hospitality industry.

UOL Group announced the appointment of Bernold Olaf Schroeder as chief executive officer of Hotels of Pan Pacific Hotels Group effective 2 January 2014.

Mr Schroeder, 46, will be responsible for the overall performance of PPHG, oversees business development and the growth of the Group's hotel management contracts.

As of this posting, he is the CEO of Jin Jiang International Hotel Management, Shanghai, China since 2011. Before this, he was senior vice president and managing director, Hotel Operations (from 2005 to 2011) and vice president, Operations (2004) of Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts, according to an UOL Group report.
