LHT Holdings names Yap Mui Kee as Legal Representative
He will be responsible for the liaising with the authorities in PRC, Tianjin.
The Board of LHT Holdings, having reviewed and considered Ms Yap Mui Kee's qualification and working experience as Executive Director, unanimously approved the appointment of Ms Yap Mui Kee as the Legal Representative of the Company's subsidiary, LHT Ecotech Resources (Tianjin) Co Ltd in the People's Republic of China (PRC),Tianjin.
Ms Yap, 50, will be responsible for the liaising with the authorities in PRC, Tianjin.
She is currently Executive Director of LHT Holdings Limited since 2nd January 1988 to present.
