Ellipsiz announced the resignation of Phoon Wai Meng as independent director.
Mr Phoon, 62, was also chairman of Renumeration Committee and a member of Nominating and Audit Committee.
He was appointed to the post on 1 July 2004, according to an Ellipsiz report.
