Changjiang Fertilizer Holdings announced the resignation of Victor Sebastian Loy Jit Chung as chief financial officer effective 2 May 2014.
Mr Loy, 46, was responsible for the accounting and financial functions of the company and the group.
He was appointed to the post 1 December 2011, according to a Changjiang Fertilizer Holdings report.
