Xu Ping Wen resigned as China Jishan Holdings' independent director

He resigned due to his other work commitments.

Mr. Xu, 47, held the position since March 20, 2004.

Mr. Xu, a partner of Shanghai Guangfa Law Firm, has around 8 years of experience in legal practice. He also practiced law at Fushun Yizhong Law Firm from 1996 to 1999. He is obtaining his masters in law from the Huadong Politics and Law College. He got his certification to practice law in the PRC in 1996 and graduated from Dalian Technological University in 1990 with a bachelor degree in casting.
