Acromec to buy 60% stake in Golden Harvest

The total purchase deal is $1.86m.

Acromec announced that it is acquiring 60% of the issued and paid-up share capital of Golden Harvest Engineering (Golden Harvest) for a total consideration of S$1.86m.

Of the amount, $860,000 will be paid in the form of new shares of Acromec at a S$0.375 share, representing a 10.8% premium over the average of the volume weighted average prices of its shares for the last 5 trading days prior to an announcement.

Golden Harvest, is a local company established in 1998. It provides maintenance services for air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems.
