SGX RegCo adds 36 firms to fast-track list

The companies will have prioritised clearance for corporate action submissions.

Thirty six firms debuted on the Singapore Exchange Regulation’s (SGX RegCo) fast-track list this year, allowing them to enjoy prioritised response on selected corporate action submissions to SGX RegCo, according to an announcement. Companies that qualified include Boustead Projects, CapitaLand Retail China Trust, and Frasers and Neave.

Current company count in the Fast Track list totals 95, including those that have remained in the programme in 2018.

SGXRegCo launched the Fast Track programme in April of 2018 in order to encourage companies to maintain good corporate governance.
Those that have been selected for the programme have demonstrated high corporate governance standards and have achieved good compliance track record.

Qualified companies will stay in the track programme for two years, but will be continuously assessed by SGXRegCo via the consistency of their compliance and quality of corporate action submissions.
