Jones Day Singapore welcomes capital markets partner Jeffrey Maddox

The global law firm Jones Day has announced that Jeffrey Maddox has joined the Firm's Capital Markets Practice as a partner in its Singapore Office. 　　

A lawyer with wide-ranging experience in structuring complex transactions, Mr. Maddox returns to Jones Day to continue his focus on multinational equity and debt offerings in Asia. Mr. Maddox represents issuers, underwriters, and investors in a broad range of public and private offerings, including initial public offerings on the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ, and the stock exchanges of Mumbai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur and London.

Mr. Maddox's experience also includes high-yield debt offerings, convertible bonds, Rule 144A debt and preferred stock private placements, Regulation S offerings, debt restructurings, venture capital and private equity financings, asset securitizations and issuer tender offers.
