Boardroom Ltd announced the retirement of Sim Cheok Lim as non-executive and lead independent director.
Mr Sim, 77, was also chairman of Audit Committee and Member of Nominating Committee.
He was appointed to the post on 15 August 2000, according to a Boardroom Ltd report.
