HDB unveils six new build-to-order projects in September sales exercise

Applications are open until Tuesday.

The Housing and Development Board today launched six new build-to-order (BTO) projects under September’s sales exercise.

The projects are located in the non-mature towns of Bukit Batok, Hougang and Jurong West, as well as in the mature town in Kallang Whampoa.

Excluding grants, the selling price of flats in Bukit Batok range from $86,000 for a 2-room unit to $361,000 for a 5-room home. In Hougang, prices range from $80,000 to $348,000, while flats range from $78,00 to $257,000 in Jurong West.

In Kallang Whampoa, a studio apartment costs $116,00 while a 4-room flat starts at $459,000.

Interested residents can apply online until Tuesday, September 30.
