Premium bungalow sales surged 66% to $279.8m in Q4

12 bungalows were sold in the quarter.

Along with the growing optimism towards the property market, the sales of the Good Class Bungalow (GCB) segment surged 127% QoQ and 66% YoY to $279.8m in Q4, Colliers International revealed.

According to a report, this brings total GCB transactions in 2017 to $866.7m.

In terms of the number of bungalows, 12 bungalows were transacted in Q4, bringing the total number of GCBs transacted in 2017 to 41, compared to 37 in 2016.
