Advanced Integrated Manufacturing bags $0.3m minimart business
The company is doggedly pursuing diversification.
Advanced Integrated Manufacturing (AIM Corp)’s subsidiary Hao Mart recently bagged a $320,000 minimart business located at Woodlands Avenue. According to the company, the acquisition will be paid in cash.
“The consideration for the Acquisition was arrived at on a willing buyer willing seller basis and on arm’s length commercial terms, taking into account the value of the assets and liabilities of the minimart business and its business prospects,” stated the company.
The company expects that the acquisition will provide AIM Corp a new revenue stream. Also, it asserts that the acquisition is in line with the company’s strategy to pursue diversification to bolster AIM Corp’s operations and financial position.
