Singapore Airlines (SIA) has been crowned as having the most positive brand image among Singapore consumers, according to a survey by YouGov.
Over 250 Singapore brands were rated with YouGov’s BrandIndex Buzz score which asks respondents, “If you've heard anything about the brand in the last two weeks, through advertising, news or word of mouth, was it positive or negative?”
The scores can range from 100 to -100, and are compiled by deducting negative feedback from positive. A score of zero implies equal positive and negative feedback.
SIA walked away with a score of 48.7, followed by the Apple iPhone with 43.3, and then by Whatsapp with 37.4.
