Ezion enters into JV to acquire 49% stake in vessel charterer

A subsidiary of Ezion Holdings has entered into a joint venture agreement to acquire a 49% stake in an Indonesian company.

The principal activity of the JV company is the owning, chartering and operating of vessels.

The deal was funded through internal resources and is not expected to have a material impact on the group's upcoming financial results.
