Singapore Shipping Corporation appoints Lee Li Huang as chief financial officer

She was also appointed as company secretary.

Ms Lee, 40, is responsible for the financial accounting and reporting of the Group's business. She also provides oversight of the Group's treasury functions and compliance with regulatory bodies as well as the day-to-day functioning of the finance and accounting operations, internal controls, taxation and financial reporting matters.

She both served as group financial controller/head, finance at Singapore Shipping Corporation Limited and at Stamford Land Corporation Ltd from May 2016 to April 2017.
