Vard Holdings names Claudio Cisilino and Giuseppe Coronella as directors

Cisilino is also member of the audit committee and the remuneration committee.

Cisilino previously worked for The Boston Consulting Group as consultant from 2005 to 2007. He then worked for the Fincantieri group in M&A and business development from 2007 to 2009, head of Fincantieri controlling from 2009 to 2011, and as vice president of financial planning and control from 2011.

Meanwhile, Coronella was also elected chairman of the board of directors.

In the context of a broad internal reorganization of the Fincantieri group, Coronella is now non-exective director.

Coronella previously worked as head of the ship repair and conversion business system development department and as head of the offshore business unit.
