Expect more gains today.

According to OCBC, the overnight recovery on Wall Street could provide a modest boost to the local bourse today, potentially ending the STI’s 2-session losing streak.

We peg the immediate support at 2815, ahead of 2800; on the upside, we continue to peg the initial hurdle at 2870, ahead of 2885.

Overall volume jumped 10.8% with 991.2m units traded, with the total value gained 9.2% to S$742.1m; while average value/unit shred 2% to S$0.75.
