China coal miner amongst the bidders for M1

Bahrain Telecom also made its offer.

A report from Bloomberg said a coal producer based in China’s Shanxi province and China Broadband Capital are amongst the bidders for $1.4b Singapore wireless carrier M1 Ltd.

Shanxi Meijin Energy Co. and China Broadband have separately submitted first-round offers. Bahrain Telecommunications Co. and private equity funds have also made non-binding bids.
