Neptune Orient Lines appoints Beat Simon as president of APL Logistics

He has over 30 years of diverse international experience in the leading industry players including Agility Logistics, Panalpina and Danzas (DHL).

Neptune Orient Lines announced the appointment of Beat Simon as president of APL Logistics effective 1 March 2014.

The President, APL Logistics position has been vacated and Management has recommended Mr Simon as the replacement.

Mr Simon, 48, will be responsible for the management and operations of APL Logistics, according to a Neptune Orient Lines report.

From 2004 up to present, he has been regional CEO Latin America of Panalpina, member of the Agility Global Integrated Logistics (GIL) Management Board and regional CEO Europe of Agility.
