Ley Choon bags three contracts worth $7.4m
They were all awarded by the Public Utilities Board.
Ley Choon Group has bagged three contracts that have a combined worth of $7.4m, and were awarded by the Public Utilities Board (PUB) to two of Ley Choon’s subsidiaries.
According to the company’s announcement, the first two deals were inked through company’s subsidiary to the company’s subsidiary Chin Kuan Engineering and Contractors (CKEC). The first contract is for the supply and installation of water connection works in west division for Zone W2 for 2016 to 2018, and is worth $1.5m. Meanwhile, second contract is for the supply and laying of watermains in west division for the same period, and is worth about $2.9m.
The last contract is in relation to the supply and laying of NEWater mains 2015 contracts for the eastern and western zones of Singapore of around $3m awarded by PUB to Teacly (S) Pte Ltd.
Ley Choon asserts that the contracts are not expected to materially impact the company’s earnings or the net tangible assets for the current financial year ending 31 March this year.
