Here are the top 5 concerns of Singaporean travelers

Most Singaporeans are concerned with data and privacy.

The top five concerns of Singaporean travelers are heavily on the security of their private and confidential data, a recent study from Amadeus showed.

Research showed that 45% of Singaporeans are more concerned about how safe data sharing will be. This was followed by frequent cyber attacks (44%).

More than three in 10 people are worried that travel this year will be unaffordable.

The next concern is political instability in other destinations (34%) and trips will be more expensive if they want to be more eco-friendly (34%).

Three emerging technologies that interest Singaporeans travelers are paying for trips by cryptocurrency or via facial recognition; using virtual reality preview tours for planning trips, and using data to create relevant trips.
