Civmec seals $88.2m worth of contracts
They are for shutdown projects in various locations in Australia.
Since establishing its Maintenance and Refractory divisions, Singapore-listed construction and engineering services provider Civmec has seen great performance, with shutdown projects already equating to $31.2 million in just nine months.
It does not stop there for the said divisions, as Civmec is awarded several shutdown contracts amounting to $88.2 million.
The contracts includes calciner shutdown contract for works involving refractory, mechanical, scaffold and electrical services for Alcoa of Australia Limited as well as shutdown contract for works involving refractory and mechanical maintenance services.
More so, the group also nabbed ongoing maintenance services for shutdown work across Fortescue Metal Group.
It has also secured a contract to carry out modification works for BHP Billiton on Orebody 18 mine in the Pilbara area of Western Australia.
