NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd wins at SBR Technology Excellence Awards 2025

The company bridges the gap between tech talent and skills aggregation through an integrated ecosystem, attracting and nurturing tech professionals in Singapore.

NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd received the ICT - Training and Development accolade at the SBR Technology Excellence Awards 2025, which highlights its exemplary initiative, NTUC LearningHub Tech Talent Academy (NTUC LHUB TTA).

NTUC LHUB TTA is an initiative launched in 2024 to address Singapore’s growing demand for tech talent. It focusses on role-specific and industry-aligned training to equip individuals with the skills needed to excel in the tech landscape.

As an integrated ecosystem to source, train and place talent into tech roles, NTUC LHUB TTA is supported by the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), SkillsFuture Singapore, and Workforce Singapore. NTUC LHUB also collaborated with NTUC’s Employment and Employability Institute and PERSOLKELLY Singapore to help source and place talent in tech roles in different industries.

The NTUC LHUB TTA provides training programmes that prepare individuals for digital roles. It also offers job placement support for those transitioning into the tech sector. With this, companies looking to fill tech positions can tap into NTUC LHUB TTA’s talent pool to meet their hiring needs.

Complementing the NTUC LHUB TTA, NTUC LHUB also offers SkillsFuture Career Transition Programmes (SCTP) for mid-career individuals looking to transition into the tech industry. These SCTP programmes are designed with a focus on role-specific training, ensuring participants are job-ready upon completion as learners are equipped with the specific skills needed for roles like AI/ML developer, IT project manager, data analyst, cybersecurity associate, DevOps engineer, UI/UX designer, and full-stack developer.

Meanwhile, NTUC LHUB launched in November 2024 the Associate Chief Technology Officer (A-CTO) programme, which is made for experienced IT professionals who are transitioning into strategic leadership roles, equipping them with the skills needed to excel as senior technology leaders in dynamic and evolving business environments. Some of the upcoming tech tracks include the AI Operations Specialist and Front-End Web Developer.

NTUC LHUB’s SCTP programmes provide industry-relevant and job role training and facilitate job placements. With a practical, job-focussed curriculum, SCTP helps learners gain the expertise needed to meet the demands of employers in Singapore’s digital economy.

As part of the TechSkills Accelerator (TeSA) initiative, NTUC LHUB has also been appointed by IMDA as a Job Transformation Map (JTM) partner. In this role, NTUC LHUB collaborates with companies to reskill their workforce, ensuring employees’ competence amidst new technological advancements like AI and automation.

NTUC LHUB is also the only private training provider amongst the five JTM partners appointed by IMDA, highlighting its strength in delivering industry-relevant content and tailored training modules.

By aligning training with the needs of the industry and fostering strategic partnerships with industry leaders, NTUC LHUB is playing a pivotal role in shaping a future-ready workforce equipped to meet the demands of Singapore's evolving digital landscape.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
