Ho Bee Land snaps up London office building

Acquisition price sits at $228m.

Singapore-listed Ho Bee Land acquired Emmatown Properties Ltd, which in turn owns a central London office building for £129.3m (about $228m).

According to DBS Vickers Securities, the acquisition was made by Ho Bee Land's unit Stream Field Investments Limited.

The property is a Grade A office building redeveloped in 2014. Occupying a site of 0.13 hectares, the property provides 93,640 square feet of Grade A office space, restaurant and ancillary accommodation arranged over basement, lower ground, ground, and eight upper floors.
