CDL unit acquires Delfi Orchard for $439m

Savills sold the property via public tender.

City Developments Limited (CDL) unit, CDL Draco Pte. Ltd., acquired Delfi Orchard at 402 Orchard Road for $439m.

Savills sold the property via public tender, which closed on 27 May.

Delfi Orchard is an 11-storey freehold strata titled commercial building spanning 20,264 sq ft.

Zoned “Commercial”, the property has a height control of up to 20 storeys and a development baseline at 131,186 sq ft, equivalent to a plot ratio of 6.474.

Delfi Orchard is near the residential neighbourhoods of Ardmore Park/Nassim Park and the lifestyle hub of Orchard Road. It is also well-served by public transport.
