JTC unveils Woodlands Industrial Park site for development

Developers may apply for the Woodlands Industrial Park E7/E8 area.

The JTC on 24 February opened the Woodlands Industrial Park E7/E8 site for application as a part of the Industrial Government Land Sales Programme.

“The launch is part of the government’s efforts to offer more choices for industrial development,” JTC said in a statement.

The Woodlands Industrial Park E area is composed of 80 prototype factory units for clean and light general industrial trades.

Bids for future areas iin Tampines North Drive 5 and Jalan Papan will open in the second quarter.
