Singapore flex space demand jumps 37% in Q1

The demand for flex space in Singapore rose by 37% during the first quarter of the year compared to Q4 2024, according to The Instant Group.

Premium workspace pricing sat 36% above the market average, at $1,161 (US$912) per desk per month, well above the market average of $851 (US$669).

Additionally, the average deal size in Singapore’s flexible workspace market rose by 41% in 2024 compared to 2019.

Contract term lengths also grew by 44% across the same period as above.
