CapitaMall Trust appoints 4 Directors

Teoh Leong Kay, Kyle Lee Khai Fatt, Gay Chee Chong, and Fong Kwok Jen are expected to contribute to the board.

The Board of CapitaMall Trust appoints Teoh Leong Kay, Kyle Lee Khai Fatt, Gay Chee Chong, and Fong Kwok Jen as Directors.

In the past, Mr Teoh, 57, was Managing Partner of KPMG LLP, Singapore from October 2005 to September 2010 and Partner of KPMG LLP, Singapore from December 1989 to September 2005.

Mr Lee, 60, was a Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from November 1981 to June 2010.

Mr Gay, 56, is currently a Private Investor from January 2007 to present and was Co-Founder/Chief Executive Officer of 2G Capital Pte Ltd from January 2001 to December 2006, according to a CapitaMall Trust report.

At present, Mr Fong, 63, is a Director of Fong Law Corporation since June 2004. Before this he was a Partner of Fong Partners & Associates from 1995 to June 2004.
