GuocoLand appoints Richard Lai Tak Loi as CFO

He has more than 22 years' working experience and possesses a Bachelor in Economics (Honours) with a major in Accounting and Finance from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom.

GuocoLand Group announced the appointment of Richard Lai Tak Loi as chief financial officer.

Mr Lai, 44, will be responsible for the overall financial functions of the group, according to a GuocoLand report.

He was group CFO at TEE International from August 2013 to January 2015, founded and principally managed LABRO Capital from November 2012 to August 2013 and CEO and executive director at Mapletree Logistics Trust Management from May 2010 to August 2012.
