M&C REIT Management appoints Ronald Issen as director

The board considered his extensive experience in advisory and consultancy services, including the identification and evaluation of potential investments and strategic partnerships in his appointment.

M&C REIT Management announced the appointment of Ronald Issen as non-independent non-executive director.

Mr Issen, 52, is currently managing director and company director and professional consultant/self-employed of Issen & Company Limited since 2003. Before this, he was senior advisor of Apollo Global Management LLC from 2007 to 2013 and senior executive vice president and member of the management executive committee of eSun Holdings/Glynhill International from 2005 to 2007, according to an M&C REIT Management report.
