Perennial China Retail Trust Management promotes Koh Ming Chye to CEO

The board considered his more than 12 years of retail real estate experience, particularly in China in appointing him.

Perennial China Retail Trust Management announced the appointment of Koh Ming Chye as chief executive officer.

Mr Koh, 42, will work with the board to determine the strategy for Perennial China Retail Trust (PCRT). His key responsibilities include meeting the strategic, investment, and operational objectives of PCRT. Additionally, he will be responsible for planning the strategic development and the day-to-day operations of PCRT, according to a Perennial China Retail Trust Management report.

He is currently CEO designate at Perennial China Retail Trust Management from March 2014. Before this he was deputy CEO for Retail Management in China Perennial Shanghai Retail Management from July 2013 to March 2014 and COO of Perennial Shanghai Retail Management from June 2011 to 30 June 2013.
