Tan Tock Han steps down as Hong Fok Corp director

He was resigned from his post after almost 14 years to give way to board renewal and succession planning.

Hong Fok Corp announced the resignation of Tan Tock Han as independent non-executive director.

Mr Tan, 68, was also a member of Audit and Risk Management Committee, Nominating Committee and Renumeration Committee, according to a Hong Fok Corp report.

He was appointed to the post on 18 October 2001.
