Belle Lim

Belle is Head of Tribe Careers where she focuses on increasing access to the best tech talent to local and international companies. At Tribe, she has worked to develop the pool of local tech talent by placing them in apprenticeship positions across global organisations including Acronis, foodpanda, Keppel and PayPal while juggling the expansion of various business arms to the SEA region. She also leads a tech-focused podcast “It’s Technically Frontier” to spread awareness about technology, in the hopes of making technology more relatable and inclusive to all members of society. She played a pivotal role in the expansion of OpenNodes where she organised and hosted various roundtables and webinars, bringing on board and managing 30+ Director-level partners from key organisations like Alibaba Cloud, WeBank, Pfizer, and HP amongst others.
