She has more than 20 years of experience in expatriate tax management. She began her career providing Singapore individual and corporate tax compliance and advisory services, and has extensive experience in coordinating multi-country projects on employment taxes and tax planning for cross-border global mobility situations. Michele has a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons.) from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore with a minor in Economics. She is also a Certified Accountant with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and is a member of the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals.

Harsh has more than a decade’s experience in advising local and multinational companies within Singapore and Asia Pacific on areas such as transfer pricing, tax structuring, mergers & acquisitions, withholding tax and permanent establishment issues. He has advised clients from a Value Chain Alignment perspective, which involves setting up principal hub structures, IP planning and migration, financial modelling exercise and assistance in implementing these structures involving countries from APAC such as Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. He has also handled unilateral and bilateral advance pricing agreements involving representations before Revenue authorities. Harsh is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is also a member of International Fiscal Association. He also holds a law degree and a masters in commerce degree from the University of Mumbai.
