Tan Beng Tee

Ms. Tan Beng Tee is the Executive Director of the Singapore Maritime Foundation. She leads the organisation's strategic mission as a conduit between the public and private sectors to collectively position Singapore as an International Maritime Centre (IMC), as well as to attract and develop talent to support the growth of the maritime cluster.

From 2012 to 2020, Ms. Tan was the Assistant Chief Executive (Development) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA), where she spearheaded the development of Singapore as a leading maritime capital, forged MPA’s international ties and linkages, oversaw port policies, and charted organisation-wide plans.

Prior to joining MPA, Ms. Tan was Director (Corporate Group) at the International Enterprise Singapore (now merged into Enterprise Singapore).

For her service in developing Singapore as an IMC, Ms. Tan received the Public Administration Medal (Silver) in 1997, (Silver) (Bar) in 2012, and (Gold) in 2020. Ms. Tan received a Lifetime Achievement Award from Lloyd's List in 2008, and Seatrade in 2018.

Ms. Tan holds a degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and a Diploma in Shipping from the Norad Fellowship in Oslo, Norway.

Tan Choon Leng

Choon Leng is one of the founding members of RHTLaw Taylor Wessing. He is concurrently the firm’s Head of M&A and Head of Private Wealth practice groups. Choon Leng is dually qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales and as an advocate and solicitor in Singapore. Prior to founding RHTLaw Taylor Wessing, Choon Leng was in the Asian transaction team of a leading international law firm.

Tan Gek Khim

Ms Tan Gek Khim, PBM, is the Senior Director at MDIS. She holds a MBA from the University of Manchester, UK. An accountant by training, she joined MDIS in 1993 as Head of Finance and Administration. Gek Khim also chairs the Women’s Executive Committee of the South East zone under People’s Association. In recognition of her community efforts, she was awarded the Pingkat Bakti Masyarakat (PBM) award in August 2009.

Tan May Lin

Tan May Lin heads Epson Singapore and is responsible for managing its sales, marketing & customer service operations in the country. With more than 20 years of experience, twelve of which was spent in a senior management position, May Lin’s strengths lie in business development, sales, marketing and business management. 

Since joining Epson 9 years ago, May Lin has revamped the sales and marketing team and increased sales contribution from the corporate segment. In addition, May Lin hasestablished Epson from Number 3 to Number 1 in Singapore for projector market share.

Prior to this role, May Lin was part of Samsung Asia Pte Ltd where she was responsible for developing and implementing key GTM and marketing strategies to drive growth for IT business units in the Southeast Asian and Oceanic region. May Lin also previously hold the position of Senior Manager of Office Systems Solutions at Canon Singapore Pte Ltd where she headed the company’s print solutions business.

May Lin graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Master of Science (Management of Technology), Bachelor of Social Science and an Honors degree in Political Science (Bachelor of Arts), majoring in Economics and Political Science.

Tan Wei Leng

Weileng Tan is Head of Marketing for Polycom in Southeast Asia and is a true advocate of how video collaboration can enable flexible working. Since joining Polycom in 2009, Weileng has been responsible for all aspects of marketing in SEA. Tanya Heng

Tanya Heng is Vice President Human Resources for the APAC geography at IBM where she is focused on strengthening and accelerating strategies for leadership development, talent management, and employee engagement. Tanya brings more than two decades of Human Resources experience from a variety of senior and international human resources positions with IBM and has a successful track record of developing and implementing human resources strategies aligned to business strategies. Throughout her career, Tanya drives a strong focus on building a disciplined but adaptive talent management process that ensures IBM's talent has the institutional support to thrive, especially women.

Previously, Tanya was Director of HR for the ASEAN market where she was responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR policies and practices that touched more than 12000 employees in 6 countries. Tanya also served as Director of Business & Technical Leadership for the IBM Global Sales and Distribution Group. In this role where she was based in IBM's headquarters in Armonk, she was responsible for identifying and developing emerging leadership talent, determining candidacy for senior leaders across IBM. She designed and implemented several signature development solutions for critical leadership roles around the world, such as Country General Managers and Branch Managers.


Tanya holds an economics degree from the University of London awarded by the London School of Economics.
