Song Tang Yih
Song Tang Yih is the vice president for Asia Pacific at A10.
Song brings to A10 Networks over 20 years of infocommunications experience and knowledge in setting the strategy, direction and growth for companies in the region. Starting his career at companies including IBM and Lotus Development, he went on to serve as VP of Asia Pacific for Palo Alto Networks as well as F5 Networks, where he played a key role in accelerating both companies’ global sales, shareholder value and industry recognition. Most recently, Song held key management roles at Metech International Limited and Advance SCT Limited. Song also has a wealth of experience in bringing businesses to market across Asia Pacific through the expansion of offices and partners, as well as increasing their customer bases and profitability. Song graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Science degree.
Spencer Ng
Spencer Ng is the Digital/Mobile Lead at TNS Singapore. He drives and/or supports all digital/mobile projects & innovations and is a regular contributor to the tech community with his articles on digital consumer trends.
Sridhar Nagarajan
Sridhar Nagarajan brings a distinguished 30-year career to his role as Regional CEO, Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) for IQ-EQ, with a proven track record in strategic leadership, financial acumen, and transformative management.
Since joining IQ-EQ as Regional Managing Director in 2019, Sridhar has been instrumental in the success of the Africa, India & Middle East (AIME) region. Even prior to IQ-EQ, Sridhar had established himself as a visionary leader and a turnaround expert. Previously serving in prominent roles at Standard Chartered Bank, Sridhar played a pivotal role in the financial sector, notably overseeing the successful merger and turnaround of two state-owned banks, culminating in the establishment of Maubank Ltd.
Sridhar’s contributions extend beyond corporate realms, with active involvement in industry bodies such as Mauritius Finance, where he is a founding member and board member. Additionally, he chaired committees focused on SME development, international banking, and corporate governance, reflecting his commitment to industry advancement and ethical practices.
A strong advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), Sridhar leads the DEI Sub-committee of the National Committee on Corporate Governance. As a people-centric leader, Sridhar has championed the development of diverse and high-performing teams, fostering an environment of innovation aligned with best practices.
Sridhar holds an MBA in Finance & Marketing and a degree in Engineering.
Srinivasa Addepalli
Srinivasa Addepalli is Chief Strategy Officer at Tata Communications, a global communications services provider. He is responsible for strategy formulation and execution, and manages all new strategic initiatives including growth plans, entry into new markets and mergers & acquisitions.

Sriram Srinivasan is Chief Financial Officer of JOil and has about 20 years of in-depth
experience in finance, strategy and marketing.
Srividya Jandhyala
Srividya Jandhyala is an Associate Professor at ESSEC Business School, Singapore. Her research examines the relationship between businesses and governments. She publishes in a wide range of international peer-reviewed journals and her research has won several awards. Her work has been funded by international grants, including from the Strategy Research Foundation, the Initiative d’excellence Paris, and the ESSEC Foundation.
Stefano Augello
Stefano Augello is the Head of Strategic Planning at Havas Worldwide Singapore, leading the development of creative business ideas for local and international clients. Before his move to Asia in 2011, Stefano worked in global advertising networks and independent award-winning agencies in Milan and London, providing strategic guidance to clients across industries ranging from FMCG and consumer electronics to finance and aerospace, and everything in between.

Stephanie Ng & Rhoda Siu
Having spent her primary school days at the French International School in Hong Kong, Stephanie lived in Singapore for another 10 years before completing her undergraduate studies in Law at the University of Cambridge. She decided to concentrate her career on her business interest and is now working as an Analyst at BDO Consultants, specialising in international business intelligence. Rhoda Siu is also an analyst at BDO Consultants. Her expertise lies in feasibility studies for internationalisation advisory, corporate strategy and planning, and industry/country analysis.
