Victor Teoh

Victor spearheads both the financials of RecruitPlus Consulting - where he sits as a Partner - as well as the Company’s HR and Business Development functions.

Vihang Patel

Vihang Patel is the Co-Founder and CEO of Finaxar, a Singapore-based fintech startup that is focused on changing the way small business financing is done using technology. He is passionate about working with startups and technology ecosystem.

Leveraging over 15 years of entrepreneurial, corporate and management consulting experience in Asia and Europe, he combines his deep expertise in financial services and enterprise
software at Finaxar.

A veteran in the startup scene with strong expertise in technology, Patel founded data management firm Avagam. Post its acquisition, he joined big data and AI firm Crayon Data as the first technology-focused pioneer, to drive the building of the product and its development. He was also instrumental in driving early revenues which facilitated in raising several rounds of funding. Patel was the Chief Technology Officer of Dragon Wealth Asia, developing marketing solutions for financial advisors before he founded Finaxar. Previously, Patel was at Deloitte developing solutions for large banks including ING and State Bank of India. He has advised or provided services to companies like Google, PayPal, GLH, Mastercard, CGI, etc.

Other than his role at Finaxar, he is currently an operating advisor of Monk’s Hill Ventures and part of the Investment Committee advising on key investments.

Vijoy Varghese is the Vice President - Asia Pacific for Genpact.

Vikas spearheads business development at Vserv.mobi for South East Asia. Based in Singapore, he is responsible for driving key aspects of mobile adnetwork business – Developers, Publishers, and Advertisers. He has over 14 years of experience in media and marketing across emerging markets.

Vincent Goh

Vincent Goh is Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific & Japan at CyberArk. Goh leads the sales, pre-sales and channels teams, and is responsible for driving CyberArk’s growing customer base and channels across the region.

Prior to joining CyberArk, Goh was Vice President, Asia Pacific & Japan for RSA, the Security Division of EMC for more than five years. In addition to accelerating growth for the various business portfolios within RSA, he chartered the transformation of RSA from an authentication-focused business to an intelligence-driven-security provider in Asia Pacific & Japan.

Goh has more than 20 years of IT industry and sales experience helping grow companies including EMC, AST, Dell and Iomega.

Goh was also a member of the Republic of Singapore Airforce. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the National University of Ireland, Dublin and an executive certificate in Management and Leadership from the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management.

Vincent Low

Vincent Low is the Director and General Manager leading sales and driving growth in market development for Canon's Business Imaging Solutions in Singapore. He graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree and joined Fuji Xerox as Key Accounts Manager, managing sales of digital colour copiers and providing training and consultancy to end users.

Vincent Tang

Vincent Tang is Regional Vice President - Asia at Epicor Software. His responsibilities include regional sales management, overseeing business operations and expansion, implementing a marketing framework and ensuring enterprise solutions.

Vinod Bijlani

Vinod Bijlani leads the AI and IoT Practice for HPE. He has contributed to the design and implementation of smart city projects and established intelligent public transportation and traffic ecosystems in Singapore, India and the U.S. He has over 22 years of experience in creating solutions and is a distinguished inventor with 25 patents in AI and ML technologies
