Vitaly Berezka is Head of Sales across Central Asia, MENA and APAC regions for the prominent construction and real estate software company PlanRadar.  

With an engineering degree in construction, Vitaly also holds an executive degree in business administration. His experience in the real estate development and construction industry spans more than 15 years. Since 2013, he has held management positions in international companies that provide innovative solutions to the construction and real estate industries.  

Besides lecturing on digitalization topics at universities, he is the author of scientific publications and the co-author of three books. Vitaly is a member of International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI).

Viva Sinniah

Viva Sinniah is Executive Chairman of PSB Academy and Managing Director of the Star Education Group, a holding company of Baring Private Equity Asia. He has more than 20 years of experience at senior levels in several domains such as the public sector, hospitality, education, and healthcare. An accomplished leader, he has transformed organizations, helping them bring about solid and sustainable growth.

He has an excellent track record of producing change, attracting and nurturing talent, and developing highly driven and focused teams. In his current appointment in the healthcare sector, he has brought about transformation in the organization resulting in the increase of the organization’s capacity and capability.

He obtained his BA (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and his Master's degree from the University of Sydney. He has attended post graduate executive education programmes at Harvard Business School and was invited to attend the International Visitor Leadership Programme in the United States in 2000.

Chan Von Jiun is the Director & General Manager of the Business Imaging Solutions and Business Solutions Division, Canon Singapore. In his capacity, he oversees the sales and marketing of business imaging hardware and software solutions in the Singapore market.

Wai Kit Cheah

Based in Singapore, Wai Kit leads Alliances, Business Development, and Connected Ecosystem strategy for Lumen Technologies across the Asia Pacific (APAC). He is responsible for building and scaling strategic partnerships with hyperscalers, cybersecurity leaders, system integrators, and industry ecosystems to support enterprise growth and regional go-to-market execution.

His work is distinguished by a strong focus on operationalisation—turning partner capabilities into production-ready architectures that bridge strategy, technology design, and day-to-day operations, particularly in the areas of cyber risk, resilience, and large-scale digital transformation.

Wai Kit regularly engages C-suite leaders and boards on ecosystem strategy, cybersecurity, and resilience, and the evolving trust and governance challenges introduced by AI adoption across regulated and critical infrastructure sectors in APAC.
