A healthy start for CSE Global in 2013
Projects valued at S$5.6m.
According to the release, the Board of Directors of CSE Global Limited (CSE) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned UK subsidiary, CSE Healthcare Systems and its partner, University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust, are working together to implement the new Oceano Patient Administration System (PAS) at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham.
The Oceano PAS was developed through collaboration with University Hospitals Birmingham and is the latest offering from the partnership which was formed to deliver integrated Electronic Patient Record solutions to NHS Acute Hospitals.
Implementation of the Oceano PAS is planned to commence at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in January 2013 and will be fully integrated with the existing Oceano Emergency Department system, which went live at the end of 2011, and the PICS Clinical Decision Support system which is jointly marketed by CSE and UHB.
CSE is already participating in a number of PAS and EPR procurements with the Oceano PAS as the basis of its offering. Each of the Oceano and PICS modules are available as either standalone or integrated solutions.
CSE is also pleased to announce that CSE Healthcare Systems has been awarded a contract to supply a RiO Care Record System at a large Community Trust in the Midlands area.
The total value of these projects is approximately S$5.6m, but this is spread over a number of financial years.
These projects will have a positive impact on CSE’s profit for the 2013 and 2014 financial years. None of the directors or substantial shareholders of CSE has any interest, direct or indirect, in the contracts.
