Thomson Medical Group to issue $140m notes at 5.25% due in 2027

The notes are expected to be issued on 13 May.

Thomson Medical Group Limited has announced the issuance of notes worth $140m with a fixed interest of 5.25% per annum.

The notes are expected to be issued on 13 May and listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) on the market day after.

The notes were issued under the $1b Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme established by the company, and are due in 2027.

Net proceeds from the issue will be used for the refinancing of existing borrowings and the general working capital of the group.
