Four firms face charges in Nvidia-linked server rerouting probe

Police freeze $55m bungalow over alleged laundering offences.

Four firms are facing fraud charges in a Singapore server-purchase probe linked to allegations that restricted Nvidia-powered servers were rerouted through Southeast Asia to China.

Aperia International, A-Speed Infotech, Aperia Cloud Services (II), and Luxuriate Your Life face related fraud offences, according to a statement by the Singapore Police Force.

The case involves alleged false representations made in purchases of servers from Dell, Super Micro Computer, and Asus.

Police said Wei Zhaolun Alan, executive officer of the Aperia Group; Lim Jenny, its chief financial officer; and Woon Guo Jie Aaron, its head of sales, were key officers of the group at the time of the case. Li Ming was identified through investigations as the controller of Luxuriate Your Life.

The charges allege that Wei, Lim, and Woon conspired to falsely represent between November 2023 and February 2025 that one of the Aperia Group companies would be the end-user of the servers.

The probe has been linked to a US indictment against Super Micro Computer co-founder Yih-Shyan Liaw and two others, who were accused of using a Southeast Asian company to reroute Nvidia-powered servers to China.

Lim and Woon were handed additional charges for fraud and money laundering on 1 July. Li also faces additional charges, including fraud and fraudulent trading, whilst Wei is expected to face additional fraud and money-laundering charges on 6 July.

Police issued a prohibition of disposal order against a Good Class Bungalow valued at about $55m and seized approximately $1m in bank-account funds under investigation.

Lim and Woon each face a money-laundering charge involving around $1.2m in their personal bank accounts, part of which allegedly represented benefits from criminal conduct.

Wei is expected to face three money-laundering charges, including one involving the conversion of $55m in property, part of which allegedly represented criminal benefits used to buy the bungalow.

Li faces two fraud counts over alleged false representations to Super Micro in November 2023.

Police said he allegedly represented that Luxuriate Your Life would hold the servers and lease them to other companies, and that he was an employee of the company.
