Baker Technology appoints Jeanette Chang as executive director

She will be responsible for corporate administration and human resources.

The Board of Baker Technology announced the appointment of Jeanette Chang as executive director.

Ms Chang, 37, has an engineering and finance background having worked with Mott MacDonald Group in London on UK and Singapore engineering projects. She later spent the last 9 years in London and Singapore with Barclays Bank PLC, most recently as director in its Equity Capital Markets team. She has significant experience in corporate finance especially in relation to fund raising in the capital markets.

Ms Chang has a Masters in Engineering First Class (Civil Engineering) from Imperial College London and an MBA with Distinction from London Business School.
