Jubilee Industries Holdings names Kelvin Loh Eng Lock as CFO and company secretary

He held the same position at WE Holdings.

Jubilee Industries Holdings announced the appointment of Kelvin Loh Eng Lock as chief financial officer and company secretary.

Mr Loh, 40, will be responsible for the full spectrum of the finance and accounting functions as well as budgeting, forecasting, managing the regional cash flow and treasury function, taxation matters, ensuring compliance of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading's Rules and Regulations, as well as liaising with auditors and solicitors for the group.

Likewise, with support from the company's secretarial agent, he shall also be responsible for the corporate secretarial affairs of the company, according to a Jubilee Industries Holdings report.

Before his appointment, he was CFO at WE Holdings from November 2008. Before this, he was audit manager at MS Ong & Associates from March 2005 to October 2008 and finance manager at Elitecars Automobile from September 2003 to March 2005.
