Grand Venture Technology may delist from SGX in early November

Its last trading day on SGX is expected to fall on or around 8 October.

Grand Venture Technology said in a bourse filing that its expected delisting date is on or around 4 November, following the proposed acquisition by Dutch firm Aalberts Advanced Mechatronics.

A court hearing on the acquisition is scheduled for 3 October at 10 a.m.

Affidavits in response must be filed by 10 a.m. on 30 September, whilst written submissions are due by 2 October at 10 a.m.

The company expects its last trading day on the Singapore Exchange to fall on or around 8 October, with the shareholder record date on or around 24 October.

Payment to shareholders under the scheme is expected on or around 31 October.
