Grand Venture Technology to vote on Aalberts' 94 cents per share offer

Grand Venture Technology will vote on Dutch firm Aalberts Advanced Mechatronics’ 94 cents per share offer for all of the company’s shares at its scheme meeting on 17 September.

The meeting will be held at 2 Changi North Street 1. Shareholders who will not be able to make it will have until 14 September to submit their proxy forms.

Key shareholders, including Novo Tellus, founder Ricky Lee and CEO Julian Ng, have already committed to sell their combined stake of 64.24%.

According to the scheme document, the court hearing to approve the scheme will take place on or around 6 October, with the last trading day to happen on 9 October.
