Sembcorp subsidiary lists $300m fixed-rate notes

The notes are due in 2046.

Sembcorp Industries Ltd. (SCI) has announced the listing of $300m worth of fixed-rate notes.

In a bourse filing, SCI said the notes issued by Sembcorp Financial Services Pte. Ltd. (SFS) were listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.

The $300m worth of 3.55% fixed-rate notes comprising Series 002 are under the $5b Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by SCI and SFS on 31 July 2023. These are due 2046.

“The payment obligations of SFS under the Notes are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by SCI,” the company said.
