Hotung Investment Holdings names Felicia Hsu as CFO

The company's Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee nominated her for the post.

Hotung Investment Holdings announced the appointment of Felicia Hsu as chief financial officer.

Mr Hsu, 56, will be in charge of all accounting, financial management, internal control, and shares custody of the group.

She was head of administrative and management at Hotung International Company from March 2011 until her appointment. Before this, she was director of consulting services for PricewaterhouseCoopers Taiwan from January 2010 to February 2011 and executive director of international finance and accounting projects for UBS AG Zurich from May 2006 to May 2009, according to a Hotung Investment Holdings report.
