Richard Teng Wee Chen resigns as Singapore Exchange chief regulatory officer

Singapore Exchange announced the resignation of Richard Teng Wee Chen as chief regulatory officer effective 28 February 2015.

Mr Teng, 44, is in charge of managing the regulatory activities of SGX and ensuring that regulatory duties are discharged in accordance with SGX's statutory mandate to operate a fair, orderly and transparent market, according to a Singapore Exchange report.

He was appointed to the post on 1 January 2014.
