DBS acquires 900,000 CLAR shares, raising stake to 0.984%

The acquisition also boosted Temasek's deemed interest in CLAR.

DBS acquired 900,000 CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (CLAR) shares through a market transaction for $2.5m.

The acquisition brought DBS’ stake in CLAR to 0.984%.

As an independently managed Temasek portfolio company, DBS gives Temasek a deemed interest in CLAR.

Following the acquisition, Temasek's deemed interest in CLAR is now 19.01%.
