DBS sells 500,000 units in CLAR for $2.91 apiece

This transaction brought its stake in CLAR to 0.825%.

DBS has sold 500,000 units from CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (CLAR) via market transaction.

DBS sold the units for $1.5m or $2.91 per unit. The sale brought DBS’ stake in CLAR to 0.825%.

Prior to this transaction, DBS bought 675,000 units in CLAR on 4 September for $1.88 million or $2.79 apiece which brought DBS’ stake in CLAR to 0.849%.

As a substantial unitholder, Temasek reported that its deemed interest in units decreased from 19.00% to 18.99% due to DBS Bank's disposal of 500,000 units.
